St. Peter’s Church built during the Dutch occupation in 1710. It is proclaimed the oldest Roman Catholic church in the country. Use your senses to conjure the nostalgic images of the past withn this holy sanctuary. You will find St. Peter’s Church at the end of Jalan Bendahara.
Hang Kasturi’s Mousoleum – He’s studied silat (Malay martial art) under the same tutelages as Hang Tuah, Jebat, Lekir and Lekiu. He became one of the ‘Hulubalang’(knight) who served Melaka together. Some said that he was the one that took vengeance against the Sultan Melaka for ordering the Killing of Hang Tuah without a proper investigation.
Hang Tuah’s Mousoleum – The grave acts as a lasting memorial to remarkable hero, Hang Tuah. He was legendary for his bravery, intelligence, wits and fighting skills in the history. It as after one of his daring feats that the Sultan oppointed him as the youngest knights. You can view this mausoleum at Tanjung Kling.
